Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times
Because our items are made and shipped from our supplier network, delivery typically takes:

• Smaller decor & accessories: 7–15 business days
• Furniture & larger items: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — international logistics can occasionally add a few days. We appreciate your patience; it helps us keep prices low by shipping directly rather than warehousing.

Multiple items
Ordered more than one product? They may arrive in separate packages on different days, since items can ship from different locations. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $50 ship free, automatically.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 7 days, reach out and we'll look into it.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
