Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your space. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

30-day window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email support@homestylehavenn.com with your order number and a short note (and a photo, if the item arrived damaged). We'll reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.

Refunds
Once your return is approved (and received, if applicable), your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.

Non-returnable items
Final-sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
