Where do you ship from?
We work with a vetted supplier network and ship directly to you, which keeps our prices low. Items may ship from various locations.

How long until my order arrives?
Most decor arrives in 7–15 business days; furniture and larger items 10–20 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Nothing's missing — the rest is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — automatically on all orders over $50.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that, your order may already be in processing.

My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Tracking can take a few days to populate. If there's no movement after 7 days, email us and we'll investigate.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Damaged items are replaced or refunded — just send a photo.
